About the Community

Lago Mar Townhomes, a vibrant and welcoming community nestled in the West Kendall area of Miami-Dade County, also known as Kendale Lakes.  Comprised of 200 privately-owned townhouse units, our community boasts an ideal location just 1 mile from West Kendall Baptist Hospital and in close proximity to an array of restaurants, shops, and markets, top A-rated schools, providing convenience for all.  A hidden gem with a large community pool and cabana for all residents to enjoy, beautifully landscaped grounds regularly and well maintained, family friendly, dog friendly, offering a serene environment. Parking

There are three (3) parking spaces provided for each townhome - one space in the garage and two spaces available in the driveway. Residents are NOT to use guest parking for overnight use. 

Vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the guest parking for more than 24 hours.  Vehicles in guest spaces for more than 24 hours will be noticed, booted, and/or towed.

If a vehicle is stickered, and the owner moves the vehicle to a different location within the Association property, this vehicle is still in violation of the community rules, the vehicle may immediately be towed or booted at owner’s expense.  Guest parking (includes Handicap Spaces) are NOT to be used as a permanent resident parking space. 

Vehicles which are prohibited, improperly parked, maintained or have an expired tag, or otherwise, in violation of the Rules and Regulations adopted from time to time shall be towed/booted at the direction of the Association or agents with all cost charged to the Unit and/or vehicle Owner. Residence purporting to be guests using guest spaces overnight may be subject to immediate towing or booting.

 

Booted, stickered or towed?   

Parking is enforced at multiple random times per day and night by South Florida Parking Enforcement. 

Overnight Guest: If staying more than 24hours, please contact Management regarding special provisions.
